Webs

A Grump Nocker in his mid-20's Webs owns and operates the internet cafe 'Gnew Age' on South Street. With the public room in the front, Webs operates chimerical machines in the back that are open to Kithain for a modest price. Nobody has been able to pry Webs' actual name from his lips, not even the snotty Sovereign toting Sidhe of Pennsylvania. So far, his intentions and allegiances remain a mystery.
