The Trolls are the closest thing that the Kithain have to a warrior class. That said Trolls are rarely found abusing their strength or martial prowess. Trolls are, above all, an honorable kith who never break oaths. They serve as leaders and role models for the commoners, and were largely in control during the 600-year absence of the Sidhe. Though they have lead many war parties against the Sidhe forces, they have also spearheaded many peace talks. Trolls are by far the largest of the Kithain, often standing over nine feet tall in their fae seeming. This can lead to quickly accumulating banality by denying the dreaming if the Troll finds themselves stuffed in the back of a VW Bug or into a broom closet, or if they fail to duck when walking through a doorway.
Costuming a Troll:
The quintessential way to costume a Troll is to paint your face blue and have small horns on your forehead. While it is unreasonable to expect players to represent themselves at nine feet tall, painting your face and attaching a couple horns to yourself is a dead giveaway of your kith without a great deal of effort. (In terms of what kind of makeup to use, oil or creme-based stage makeup is far, far easier than trying to use eyeshadow or other easily acquired sorts of makeup. Trust me on this one.)
