The Dragon Of The South Wing

This chimera, an old and immense gold dragon in the medeival European style, is constantly perched on top of the South Wing of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, with an excellent view to the gateway into the Freehold. He has never been seen to move from his spot. He is known to heckle nearly every Kithain that passes by, cusses like a Nocker, and is generally in a very foul temper most of the time.

When he takes to blowing his golden smoke rings (usually on cloudy or rainy days, or when someone has managed to really and truly irritate him), most of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway area, from the Fairmount Water Works on up to the Franklin Institute, starts to stink of very acrid smoke. Only chimerically, of course.
