Sir Tynan is a Journeyman of House Dougal who recently arrived in the Philadelphia area. Since arriving he's been surprisingly active in human society, as well as participating in the courts. He's known for dressing warmly regardless of weather.
It's said he has close ties to Baron Artair of New Hope.
