Seth O Connor

Seth O'Connor is a conductor for the SEPTA trains. He lives in a small apartment in the city and suppliments his small income with stolen goods from passengers. Generally helpful, Seth has a great knowledge of how to get around South Eastern Pennsylvania on the Autumn side which has been of great use to more than a few Kithain in the area.
