With the number of people who come to the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art just to run up and mimic Sylvester Stallone's performance as Rocky, it's no wonder that a chimera has coalesced on these steps, representing the hopes and dreams of all these sort-of-kind-of pilgrims. The Rocky Chimera can almost always be seen running up the steps of the museum and stopping at the top to hold up his hands in victory, a la the film. After that, he vanishes and shortly reappears at the bottom, to repeat the performance. If he has other powers or attributes, they have yet to be shown.
