Pirckles

Pirckles is a Grump Turtle Pooka who lives at the Philadelphia Zoo. He broke his leg in an incident with a chimerical turtle and has subsequently had a makeshift skateboard latched to his stomach so he can push himself around. Pirckles is known to be very wise, if you can figure out what the heck he's saying.
