Little Billy Frost

Ma Frost's only child Billy is a kind-hearted Childling who occasionally gets a bit overzealous with his pranks. When this happens Ma gives him more than an earful. That said those who have thought to treat Billy harshly have met with Ma's wrath and haven't done it twice.
