Green men and nymphs, these Changelings protect glens, wild places and nature with a ferocity that is unrivaled by other kiths. Ghille Dhu have obviously become more scarce as human civilization has expanded across the planet, and they have developed a certain resentment towards this fact. They tend to have a distrust for other kiths (excluding the Selkies and Pooka) as they have a particular distaste for Changeling politics. Ghille Dhu age rapidly in the presence of great banality and thus tend to avoid jobs that would have them spend a great deal of time in cities. They also must fear chimerical death more than other Kithain as they 'advance' seemings with each chimerical death instead of just gaining the normal amount of temporary banality.
Costuming a Ghille Dhu
Is easy and fun. Childlings have bright green skin, Wilders have a medium green and grumps have a greenish brown hue. This is easily accomplished with make-up and nobody is going to confuse you for another kith. Ghille Dhu are also frequently adorned with plants, flowers and vines about their hair and cloths showing their affinity for nature. Buying silk flowers and vines at your local crafts store is a cheap and lasting alternative to actual foliage.
