Game and Site Fees

For the foreseeable future, we will be playing in Lower Perkiomen Valley Park, which is located on Egypt Road at the 422 Oaks Exit. More information can be found here. Unless otherwise stated, we will be playing at the Main Pavilion #1.

Fees

Game will cost $5 per player. This is to cover props and other things that may need to be purchased for game. If you are unable to pay but want to play please speak with the ST's.

• If it is your first game (this means everyone for Game 1) the game fee is waived.
• If you travel more than 100 miles to game the fee is waived.
• The fee will also be waived for a game if significant donations are made (IE. Food/Drinks for players/staff, props for game to have, games, unopened makeup/costume accessories etc.) "Significant" is up to staff discretion - a half-eaten bag of Doritos won't cut it.
