Francis Francis is a Wilder Red Cap in his early 20's. He owns a cutlery store in King of Prussia PA and has made many a Kithain regret making fun of his name. Francis supplements his mortal income by taking chimerical commissions from local Kithain, he has several Kithain employees that help make the cutlery venture a success.
