Duchess Catrin Penn

Duchess Catrin Penn is a Grump Sidhe of House Gwydion.

She is currently in charge of the state of Pennsylvania, and rules it with an iron fist. Her Holdings include the Sire's Watch Freehold as well as a large mansion in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She owns a great deal of property in and outside city limits and makes her income from leasing these properties to various businesses. The Counts of the state report directly to her, though it is known that more than one are displeased by her demeanor and most are at least unsettled by her hostility so close to Samhain.
