The original return of the Sidhe when man landed on the moon was staved off by the commoners. Not used to having to fight off bedlam, or with what the world had become the Sidhe found themselves at a disadvantage against organized commoner armies, despite the mighty powers of Sovereign. The commoner run government continued to exist peacefully until September 11th, 2001. When the two towers fell the gates of Arcadia were once again thrust open and through the mists came armies of Sidhe and clouded by the mists many Thallian snuck into the autumn realm as well.
Learning from their previous mistakes the Sidhe were organized and immediately focused their forces on dismantling the commoner leaders to create chaos. However the ravaging affects of bedlam once again took its toll on the Sidhe forces and many retreated to the dreaming or were lost, the battle has changed in many ways and is different almost everywhere.
This section needs to be expanded slightly, increased in detail, and made more literary in style.
Pennsylvania, 2008: Liberty's Heart

The sidhe find themselves at a stalemate with the commoners, an uneasy cease fire is in place in the Duchy of Liberty's Heart, as the Sidhe control the state and most of its freeholds, but they are in dire need of reorganizing and have not done a fantastic job establishing their actual autumn lives. The commoners are used to balance, but without their leaders they are lost. Some think that they should regroup and begin the fight anew, some think they should wait for news from outside the duchy, others think they should surrender. Meanwhile the Sidhe are struggling to balance their lives while they play their political games, many disagree how the commoners should be treated and their allegiance to each other would be broken if not for the threat presented by a united front of commoners.
As Samhain approaches the Duchess of the Seelie court has yet to speak with any Unseelie representatives and tension between the two courts is mounting and rumors are being spread that the Duchess plans on continuing to rule past the holiday while others believe that the Sidhe have already figured things out and have not announced it to keep the commoners confused and unorganized.
And Thus, Our Story Begins…
The Duchess has called an Open Court for all of the Duchy, to be convened on Saturday, October 25th at her Freehold of Sire's Watch in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
