Baron Edwart Artair

Baron Artair is a Grump Dougal Sidhe living in his Freehold in New Hope PA. He operates a workshop in New Haven and spends most of his time working, at court, or with the Society for Creative Anachronism. He is on not unfriendly terms with the local Nockers and Boggans and while a bit of a Traditionalist he is not an active oppressor of the commoners, though this is probably in part due to the amount of time he spends distracted in his workshop.
